New York Philharmonic | Joshua Bell and Dalia Stasevska

From the New York Philharmonic website:

“Dalia Stasevska leads a program honoring the Ukrainian people. Bohdana Frolyak’s Let There Be Light reflects on the Ukrainian conflict, and Joshua Bell is soloist in Thomas de Hartmann’s Violin Concerto, a work “both heart-wrenching and uplifting,” Bell says, “as gripping and relevant today as when composed during WWII.” The program is bookended by other responses to war: Copland’s Fanfare for the Common Man and Britten’s Sinfonia da Requiem.”

Ms. LaBonte will be performing as Guest Principal Horn for this program.
